I already paid for my surgery, why am I receiving a separate bill for anesthesia?
- Anesthesia providers generally contract with a facility to provide anesthesia for their patients. As a separate business entity, they bill separately for their services. In most cases, your surgeon, the surgical facility, and your anesthesia provider will all bill separately.
How do I pay my bill?
- By mail: you will receive a bill in the mail, with a remittance slip you can return with a check or credit/debit card information.
- By phone: you can call 360-615-2470 to pay with a credit/debit card over the phone.
- Cosmetic Surgery Patients: please reach out to your surgeon’s office for information on how to pre-pay the anesthesia fee for your procedure.
