We are an independent, physician-owned practice of anesthesia providers. We are contracted with the Surgery Center of Silverdale to provide anesthesia services for their patients. Your Rights and Protections against Surprise Medical Bills and Balance Billing
New protections are now in place to protect you from surprise medical bills and balance billing. Some health insurance programs already have protections in place, including Medicare, Medicaid, Indian Health Services, Veterans Affairs Health Care, and TRICARE. However, these new rules have been expanded to cover other health insurance programs as well. Some of the new protections include: banning surprise bills for emergency services and requiring health care providers and facilities to give you with a “good faith estimate” of how much your care will cost, prior to care, when requested.
